Tier List Description

Note (6/8/23 Patch): Gets a whooping 50% evasion on his passive for self +20% evasion bonus for allies. S1 now provokes!

Assassin Cartuja is a very versatile unit that can be used in all types of content. He is a team player with the 20% evasion chance, giving your ally more survivability. He also brings a defense break + stun on his 3rd skill, which is vital in PvP and some PvE content. He now also has innate 50% evasion (+70% with EE 1).

He is a bit slow but he can be build as a bruiser and do well. He needs some health to survive and some attack/crit rate to do some damage to be a threat. His first skill can provoke.

Pair this guy with Violet, Dizzy and a healer – now you have a very durable team. The increased missed attacks will give both Assassin Cartuja and Violet lots of bonuses from their skill sets.

Very good for PvP when he gets attacked, he gains combat readiness, allowing him to go before your opponent.

This is better for PvE content, especially long raid battles where his health usually dip below 50%.

Proof of Valor will make Assassin Cartuja annoyingly hard to kill, as he takes less damage.

Similar to Proof of Valor, except instead of taking more damage with each hit, he takes less damage. Resets at the start of each of his turns, though.
