In this Limited Drop Rate Up event meet the Ice elemental Mage, Dizzy, who paralyzes all enemies with her powerful debuffs, and the Mage exclusive Artifact, Necro & Undine, which increases the caster’s Combat Readiness after an attack that targets all allies.
