The long awaited limited waifu Lethe is finally revealed! The site will be updated with her stats shortly. She seems to be a debuff attacker that has a debuff that cannot miss.

1. Arena Valorous Season Ending

The Arena Valorous Season that began on 5/1 (Mon) will end and the pre-season will begin.

2. Special Side Story, A Midsummer Paradise, Week 3

Luluca and Violet originally planned to go on a vacation with Pavel and Cerise.

However, the ferry they needed to take gets canceled, and they are left flustered.

[Chapter Opening Schedule]

■ View Story 

– It costs 20 Energy to view the story, and you can receive rewards after viewing the story for the first time.
– The initial viewing rewards are only given once. Players can receive the rewards until 8/3 (Thu) 02:59 UTC, which is the scheduled end for the Side Story, “A Midsummer Paradise!”.

– All stages will proceed as NPC Battles and will not provide any stage clear reward.

[Event Battle Stage (Hidden Basement)]

– Viewing Act 23 of Chapter 3’s story will unlock the event battle stage, Hidden Basement.
– The event battle consists of 2 phases and can form a total of 2 teams (7 Heroes) on the Team Formation screen.
– Heroes deployed in the Keyslot are the main Heroes and will be automatically placed in both Team 1 and Team 2.

– It requires 30 Energy to enter the stage and players may select a higher difficulty after successfully clearing the one before it.

– As the difficulty progresses, the amount of Stigma, Gold, and event currency earned will increase.
– You can acquire a Level 85 Epic Equipment/ Accessory of the desired set from [Speed, Hit, and Torrent] as the battle stage rewards for weeks 3 and 4.

– By clearing Hidden Basement Challenge – Level 2, which can only be completed once during the event period, you can acquire exclusive stamps that can be used to decorate Profile Cards.

[ Powerful Lead Hero Enhancement Effect]
– By deploying Lethe to the team, you will be able to receive a powerful Lead Hero Enhancement Effect.
The effect gets stronger as Lethe’s Memory Imprint Level gets higher.

[Enhanced Artifacts]

■ Mileage Shop

– You can acquire Sea Soap as an event battle stage reward and exchange them for souvenirs, illustrations, and Epic Equipment.

– The Exchange will remain open for 7 days after the Side Story ends.

[Souvenir Exchange]
– You can use Event Currency to exchange for random souvenirs.
– Souvenirs that have reached the maximum exchange limit will no longer be displayed.

– After receiving rewards for watching the final episode of Chapters 3 and 4, the exchangeable count for the Week 3 and Week 4 souvenir items will be increased.
– You can find more details about the maximum exchange limit and the list of souvenirs in the in-game information.

[Special Illustration Exchange]

– You can exchange event currency for a special illustration with unique effects that can be set as your Lobby background.
– The special illustration can be used in your profile card and Lobby. You can enjoy the voice lines and speech bubbles by tapping the screen when setting your Lobby background using the special illustration.

[Epic Equipment Exchange]

– You can acquire a Level 85 Epic Equipment/Accessory of the desired set from [Speed, Hit, and Torrent] by exchanging 400 event currency in weeks 3 and 4. – There is no limit to the number
of exchanges for Epic Equipment and the Equipment can be reforged the same as Hunt Equipment.
– Pieces and stats for the Equipment are randomly determined with the same drop rate.

3. New Limited 5 ★  Hero, Lethe

– Players will be able to meet Lethe, a manager who lives on Tarev Island, an island full of mysteries, through the Limited Summon.

4. New 5 ★  Artifact, Prayer of Solitude 

■ New Warrior-exclusive Artifact, 5 ★  Prayer of Solitude will be added.

※ The new Artifact, Prayer of Solitude will be available from the Lethe & Prayer of Solitude Limited Drop Rate Up.

5.Lobby Function Update

The Special Illustration Lobby, [Tarev Island], where you can meet various summer-themed Heroes in one place, and the Hidden Banner feature will be added.

■ The Special Illustration Lobby, [Tarev Island]
 – The Special Illustration Lobby, [Tarev Island], where you can meet various summer-themed Heroes in one place, will be added.

– You can enjoy the Heroes placed with the background by setting the Special Illustration as your Lobby in the [Lobby Setting -> Illustration Lobby -> Side Story] menu.

– Illustration Lobby, [Tarev Island] can be acquired by purchasing [Tarev Island Travel Pack] in-game.

Players can view the pack details and the available heroes by checking the  Pack Notice (Link) .

– Available Heroes and Pets will be placed in the lobby if they’re collected in Journal. If they’re not in Journal, their spots will remain empty.

– Other Heroes with special relationships may appear occasionally in the lobby in addition to the default Heroes.

■ Hidden Banner Feature
 – A new feature will be added, allowing players to hide the lobby banner by performing a long touch.

– After hiding the banner, it will not appear in the lobby for the next 24 hours. The banner will reappear whenever there is new information, such as the addition of a new event.

6. Special Summer Pet Adoption

Meet the two special Pets for this summer!

You can obtain these pets during the designated period by going to [Pet House > Adopt].

7. Lethe & Prayer of Solitude Drop Rate Up

In this Drop Rate Up event, meet the Ice elemental Warrior, Lethe, who is capable of inflicting debuffs by attacking all enemies while stacking Omen to activate Call of the Abyss to defeat the enemy. Players will also be able to obtain the Warrior-exclusive Artifact, Prayer of Solitude which increases Health of the caster and damage dealt.

8. Pavel & Dux Noctis Drop Rate Up

In this Drop Rate Up event, meet the Earth elemental Ranger, Pavel, who is capable of attacking the enemy after granting himself an increased Attack buff. Players will also be able to obtain the Ranger-exclusive Artifact, Dux Noctis which increases Attack of the caster when an ally makes a critical hit. This Artifact’s effect can stack.

9. Other Improvements and Adjustments

■  Heroes and Artifacts

– A Recommended Content tag for August will be added to certain Heroes.
– An issue where when enhancing 4★ Hero Corvus’ skill 3 (before awakening) an error message was displayed and players were unable to Enhance will be fixed.

ㄴ An issue where the game crashed when using a skill of a Hero that has encountered an error will be fixed.

■ Battle

– An issue where certain Immunities of Lethe, the boss of Suspicious Hot Spring in the Event Stage of Special Side Story were not triggered will be fixed.

– A new option “End Repeat Battling after Hero reaches Friendship Level 10” will be added to Repeat Battling Settings.

– An issue where the timer stops and players are unable to play the game when reconnecting after moving to the background while playing Round Mode will be fixed.

– An issue where the Pause button of the player who created the room did not work properly when the player who created the room become a spectator and watches the battle in Round Mode will be fixed.
■ Adventure and Story

– Typos in the Special Side Story, A Midsummer Paradise! will be fixed.

– An issue where Week 3 Achievements of the Special Side Story, Finally, Summer Break! cannot be achieved while Background Battling will be fixed.
– An issue where Kraken’s position differs by devices in the skill cut-scene when Lethe, the boss of Suspicious Hot Spring uses the skill, Call of the Abyss will be fixed.

■ Music Player

– Two new songs will be added.

■ Shop

– A new Pack will be added to [Shop > Pack].

[Burning Passion Pack 3]

– Purchase Limit: Once per account whenever the purchase condition meets

– Purchase Condition: Available in [Shop > Event Pack] for 4 hours after purchasing both Burning Passion Pack 1 and 2.

※ The purchase limit of the Burning Passion Pack will reset daily. The purchase limit will increase to 2 times by the time Burning Passion Pack 3 is available and the available time for Burning Passion Pack 3 in the Shop will be reset to 4 hours.

[Daily Summon Pack 2]

– Sale Period: 7/20 (Thu) after the maintenance ~ permanently

– Purchase Limit: Once per month

– Purchase Condition: The purchase limit resets monthly at the server reset time.

■ Other

– An issue where the illustration could not be exchanged when exchanging the illustration after using all 30 exchange opportunities in Mileage Shop of Special Side Story, A Midsummer Paradise! will be fixed.

– An issue where certain nicknames were mistakenly identified as duplicates and prevented from use will be fixed.

– An issue where the in-game mailbox highlighting effect displays over the icon in the Edit Profile Card screen will be fixed.

– Adjustments will be made so that players can extract a maximum of 100 Modification Gems at a time when extracting Modification Gems from Inventory.

– The View Profile button will be added so that players can see the Profile of the opponent on the Battle Log screen in World Arena.

ㄴ Players cannot see the opponent Profiles from the replays before the 7/20 (Thu) maintenance.

ㄴ Players cannot check the opponent Profiles from the replays shared in chat.

– An issue where the Battle Results button did not display in the semi-lounge during World Arena Round Mode will be fixed.

– An issue where players occasionally cannot close the Profile Card pop-up when repeatedly tapping the Profile icon of a player in chat will be fixed.

– An issue where higher grade Heroes than the Memory Imprinting Hero could be used as a Memory Imprint ingredient will be fixed.

– An issue where certain players had a different gameplay history applied to their accounts than their actual gameplay history during a specific period will be fixed.

– An issue where the “Purchase a Rare Catalyst from AP Exchange” mission in Arky’s 7-Day Growth Guide (Returning) did not count will be fixed.

– The Mystic Summon screen will be improved to display the names of inactive Heroes and the position of the View information button will be adjusted to match the improvement.
