[8/3 Patch] Old Unit Balances and Navy Captain Landy!

Navy Captain Landy is released and we are getting some skill balance changes for ML Ruele, ML Cermia, Mort, Tenebria, Silk and Suthan. Will be updating the characters in a bit.

1. Hero and Artifact Balance Adjustments

Balance adjustments will be made to certain Heroes, facilitating better strategies involving them.

※ The probability, number of turns, and cooldowns are based on fully enhanced characters.

※ Other skills will not be changed unless stated.

1. Hero Balance Adjustments

■ 5★ Ruele of Light (Light, Soul Weaver)

– The effect of <Key to an Oath> will be changed.

– The effect of <Light Pillar> will be changed.

■ 5★ Lion Heart Cermia (Light, Warrior)

– The effect of <It’s Far From Over!> will be changed.

– <I Am The Victor!> will deal more damage.

■ 5★ Haste (Fire, Thief)

-The effect of <Envoy’s Scythe> will be changed.

-The skill cooldown of <Vampiric Seal> will be decreased.

– The Exclusive Equipment – Option 1 Skill effect <Envoy’s Scythe> will be changed.

– The Exclusive Equipment – Option 3 Skill effect <Vampiric Seal> will be changed.

■ 5★ Tenebria (Fire, Mage)

– The Hero’s Imprint Concentration effect will be changed.

– The effect of <Omnious Thunder> will be changed and the skill will have a Soulburn effect.

– The skill cooldown of <Nightmare> will be decreased and it will no longer have a Soulburn effect.

– Exclusive Equipment – Option 3 Skill effect <Nightmare> will be changed.

– The effect of <Absolute Dignity> will be changed.

– The skill cooldown of <Advent: Mortelix> will be decreased and the amount of Soul acquired will be adjusted.

– The amount of Health recovered by <Advent: Mortelix> will be decreased.

■ 4★ Silk (Earth, Ranger)

– The effect of <Single Shot> will be changed.

– The effect of <Concentration> will be changed.

– <Automatic Fire > trigged by <Concentration> will deal less damage.

– The effect of <Belated Bloom> will be changed.

– The effect of <Shadow Release> will be changed.

2. Artifact Recall

The recall of the 4★ Artifact, Steadfast Gatekeeper will be conducted as part of the Artifact Balance Adjustment.

[Recall Target]

– The 4★ Artifact, Steadfast Gatekeeper, that has been acquired prior to the 8/3 (Thu) maintenance will be eligible for recall.

[How to Recall]

1) Select the Artifact you want to recall from the Artifact Inventory and tap the Recall button.

2) When you tap Recall, the materials you will be given if you proceed with the recall will be displayed. Tap [Recall] to proceed with the recall.

– Once the Recall is completed you will not be able to reverse it.

[Recall Conditions]

– Artifacts eligible for recall that meet the minimum recall condition of 1,800 EXP for Artifact Charm can be recalled an unlimited number of times during the recall period.

※ Artifacts that are Limit Broken at least once can be recalled regardless of the EXP.

※ The requirements for achieving a cumulative Artifact Enhance EXP of 1,800 are listed below.

[Recall Scope and Reimbursement]

– 4★ Steadfast Gatekeeper

① All enhancements for this Artifact will reset when recalled.

② Lesser/Greater/Epic Artifact Charms will be reimbursed based on the EXP of the Artifact.

③ The reimbursed Gold will be calculated as the Gold that would be consumed by the reimbursed Artifact charms.

④ The number of Artifacts reimbursed will be based on the Limit Break.

3. Effect Change Temporarily Available for Exclusive Equipment Balance Adjustments

Effects can be changed for a set period as adjustments will be made to the Exclusive Equipment of some Heroes.

Players can change the effects only once.

– Select the Exclusive Equipment to be changed and tap Change Effect.

■ Notes for Exclusive Equipment Effect Change

– The main effect value will not be changed.

– Players can change the effect of the eligible Exclusive Equipment only once.

– When a player changes the effects, the changes cannot be reversed.

– When a player changes the effects, the Equipment will be unequipped automatically.

– Equipment obtained after adjustments are made will not be eligible for this effect change.

4. New 5★ Hero, Navy Captain Landy

Players will be able to meet Navy Captain Landy, a navy captain whose life has been nothing but a success, in Covenant, Mystic, and Moonlight Summons. The Hero has special dialogue that can only be heard when encountering a certain Hero as an enemy. Be sure to play through to discover these unique interactions!

5. The Book of Memories – “The Order of The Sword and The Lord of Summer” Update

The Special Side Story, “The Order of The Sword and The Lord of Summer” will be added to The Book of Memories.

Equipment, background packs, cute SD Heroes for profile cards, along with tons of rewards and the Specialty Change Quest for the 3★ Hero Alexa are all included!

Relive the captivating tale with abundant rewards in The Book of Memories.

Players can purchase it using 1 Milestone in Time. Purchased Side Stories will have no entry requirements.

– This story will have the basic mechanics of other Side Stories.

– Players can receive the rest of the rewards upon reaching ‘Record Complete’ after clearing the story and achievements. Players will not be able to enter the Side Story map again.

– Stage Missions and rewards are not included in Special Side Stories purchased via <The Book of Memories>.

6. Landy & Wall of Order Limited Summon

In this Limited Drop Rate Up event, meet Landy, an Earth elemental Ranger who can effectively counteract enemies that have multiple buffs. Players can also obtain the Ranger exclusive Artifact, Wall of Order, which can grant increased Attack (Greater) to the caster. The probability of being granted this buff increases with the amount of buffs enemies have.

7. Basar & Abyssal Crown Drop Rate Up!

In this Drop Rate Up event, meet Basar, an Earth-Elemental Mage who can inflict a number of debuffs against the enemy, and the Mage-Exclusive artifact, Abyssal Crown, which Stuns the enemy after attacking.

8. Other Improvements and Adjustments

■ Heroes

– 8 SD Heroes with a summer concept will be added to the Profile Cards function.

– An issue where certain texts are incorrectly displayed when selecting locked connection information in the relationship of 3★ Hero Pyllis’s Dagger Sicar category will be fixed.

– An issue where the screen touch did not work properly during the progress of 4★ Mercedes’s Memory Imprint Tutorial will be fixed.

– An issue where the facial expressions of Heroes Shuna, Milim, and Moon Bunny Dominiel were incorrectly displayed will be fixed.

■ Battle

36 New Heroes will be added to the World Arena Draft Mode.

– Some Equipment and stats of certain Heroes in World Arena Draft mode will be adjusted.

■ Adventure and Story

– A notification will be added to alert players when they have a Region Reward available to claim.
ㄴ A mission rewards notification (red dot) will be displayed on the magnifying glass button in Adventure and Side Story World maps.
ㄴ A claimable rewards notification (red dot) will be displayed on the chapter name tag in the Side Story world map.

– An issue where Repeat Battling does not proceed correctly during Background Battling in certain Side Stories, specifically when the battle result is displayed will be fixed.

– An issue where the story progression was hindered due to a black screen displaying “MISSING STORY:” while replaying the story, “The Best Way,” in the Seven Sweethearts story in The Book of Memories, will be fixed.
■ Music Player

– 5 new songs will be added.

■ Other

– Improvements will be made to the issue where the favorite channels set by players are reset when they log in on different devices.

– Improvements will be made to the UI, allowing players to easily check the illustrations connected to the story while viewing them in the Journal.

– An issue where the item-acquiring effect is not displayed when closing the mailbox screen and tapping certain mail at the same time will be fixed.

ㄴAn issue where entering another content screen while this issue occurred forces the player to the login screen will also be fixed.

– An intermittent issue where the Artifact effect text for the 5★ Artifact, Proof of Valor, is not displayed will be fixed.
– An intermittent issue where the effects triggered when an enemy is defeated is triggered by AoE attacks are decreased will be fixed.

– An issue where the displayed player’s profile cannot be closed during network connection will be fixed.

– An issue where players are moved to the Exclusive Equipment screen when tapping certain areas on the Details screen of a Hero with Exclusive Equipment will be fixed.

– An issue where the illustrations placed were not displayed on the profile card edit screen when a certain number of illustrations are placed without any duplicates will be fixed.

– The description of the 5★ Artifact, Dux Noctis, has been edited to improve its readability. No functional changes have been made.

– An issue where the reset time for the next lineup displayed on the [Current Mystic Summon Lineup] pop-up screen in Mystic Summon showed the [Moonlight Hero] lineup reset time instead of the [Normal Hero and Artifact] lineup will be fixed.

■ Compensation Distribution for Package Purchase Error on “Daily Summon Pack 2” on the Japan Server

The following compensation will be distributed to the players who encountered the issue where the Free summon count +9 Pack was applied as +4 after purchasing “Daily Summon Pack 2” on the Japan server.
