These are given when you use a support unit in battle. Friends give 10 while randoms give 5.

You can exchange these points in the friendship shop for:
1) 5 Friendship Bookmarks -> 50 Friendship Points
2) 50 Friendship Bookmarks -> 500 Friendship Points
3) 40 Energy -> 100 Friendship Points
4) 5 Arena Flags -> 100 Friendship Points
