Tier List Description

With the new buffs, Dingo is actually quite a self sufficient support attacker. He brings bleeds, burns and self healing to his kit, on top of an AoE cleanse and +1 cooldown decrease for all allies. If you kill an enemy, his s3 cooldown decreases by 1.

This means that he can now be built as an offensive attacker and forgo building effect resistance like the old days. He is still a bit undervalued and can be useful with his S3 bring so much utility. However, there are some downsides to him – his ATK stat is pretty low, his AI spams his s3/s2 at the beginning of the battle when it’s unnecessary, and his Bleed chance on his s1 is pretty low, even skilled up. It’s also worth noting that his Raid morale is kind of low, as well.

Build Notes

From personal experience, there’s no true one-size-fits-all build for Dingo. However, for the Damage Dealer, you could aim for about these stats:

  • 3,500 ATK
  • 250-300% Crit Damage
  • Anywhere from 50-100% Crit Rate
  • 190 Speed
  • At least 65% Effectiveness

Overall, Dingo isn’t a unit to immediately build, but he’s a very fun toy for later-game players.

RECOMMENDED ARTIFACTS

More ATK + Speed
Use this for extra bonus attack when low on health for more bleed/burn damage. Eases up on some of the stat requirements.
More Burns
[LIMITED ARTIFACT] Putting this on Dingo means that his first skill has a chance to land Bleed and Burn. Should his S2 activate after that, the enemy will have two Burns and a Bleed.
More ATK Bonus
One of the better artifacts to use on Dingo, as his s3 refreshes very quickly and will boost his ATK now. Benefits his Bleed/Burns greatly.
Cooldown Refresh
Dingo is considered to be one of the only units that can reliably use Creation & Destruction without absolutely relying on it with his kit. This is because his s3 refreshes very quickly, and C&D is a nice perk.
