Patch Notes

1. Sanctuary Update – Alchemist’s Steeple Opened and Steel Workshop Revamped

The Alchemist’s Steeple, where you can craft a variety of items has been opened in the sanctuary. In addition, players will now be able to craft accessories in the Steel Workshop.

■ Alchemist’s Steeple Opened

– The Alchemist’s Steeple, where players can create Charms, Craft Material, Catalysts, and more has been added.

[Conditions]

– The Alchemist’s Steeple will be available to players who reach Rank 15 and higher.

[Improve Building]

– The number of functions in the Alchemist’s Steeple will increase depending on the Improvement Status.

– Breath of Orbis and Gold are required in order to improve the Building.

[Craft Charms]

Random equipment and accessory charms can be crafted when the Alchemist’s Steeple Laboratory Building is at Level 1.

How to Craft

– Select what you want to craft.

– Select the ingredients needed to craft the item. You may not be able to craft if the quality grade is not high enough.

2) Craft Limits

※ This will reset every Monday according to your server reset time.

[Craft High-grade Craft Material]

High-grade craft material can be crafted when the Alchemist’s Steeple Laboratory Building is at Level 2.

How to Craft

– Select what you want to craft.

– Select the ingredients needed to craft the item. You may not be able to craft is the quality grade is not high.

– You can only use materials obtained from the same type of hunt as the material you wish to craft.

– You cannot use materials that are the same grade or higher than the material you wish to craft.

– The amount of items crafted will increase depending on the quality grade.

2) Alchemy Recipes

– You will need recipes to craft material that is higher.

– To obtain Recipes, go to Reputation > Conclave and complete the following exclusive reputations.

3) Craft Limits

– Each item can be crafted up to 5 times per day.
※This will reset according to your server reset time.

[Craft Catalysts]

Catalysts can be crafted when the Alchemist’s Steeple Laboratory Building is at Level 3.

1) How to Craft

– Select the item you want to craft. You can craft Rare and Epic Catalysts.

– Select the ingredients you wish to use. You may not be able to craft is the quality grade is not high.

– The amount of items crafted will increase depending on the quality grade.

2) Quality Grade

– The amount of items obtained depends on the quality grade.

– More quality points will be required for higher grade materials.

– Below are the quality points required for each catalyst grade.

3) Craft Limits

■ Steel Workshop and UI Improvements 

– Players will now be able to craft accessories in the Steel Workshop.

– Improvements have been made to the UI of the Steel Workshop. Players will now be able to see all the crafting material they currently have at once.

2. Automaton Tower

An ever-changing tower with mysterious energy has been added to the world of Orbis. Investigate Automaton Tower and receive tremendous rewards!

Players will be able to enter the Automaton tower from the 1st of July.

Investigate the 100-floor Automaton Tower and receive tremendous rewards every month!

■ How to Enter

– After clearing [5-1] Forest of Meditation go to Lobby > Battle > Automaton Tower

[First Entrance Time]

■ Reset Time

– The Automaton Tower will reset at the server reset time on the 1st of every month.

– All progress in Automaton Tower will be reset.

– Once the tower resets, adjustments may be made to the monsters that appear and the rewards obtainable.

– Ranking will be reset.

■ How to Enter

– There are a total of 100 floors in the Automaton Tower.

– In the Automaton Tower, you will not be able to add Guardians or Supporters to your team. Also, you will consume energy when entering.

– There are two battles on every floor. Once you clear a floor, you can obtain conquer rewards.

[Monster Debuff] 

– If the monsters on the current floor are strong, you can use stigma to weaken them. You can weaken them three times up to 30%.

– Stigma is only consumed if you clear the stage. If you do not clear the stage, stigma used to weaken monsters will not be consumed.

– The amount of stigma consumed increases the higher you go.

※ Players are only able to weaken monsters from Floor 1 ~ Floor 90. Monster weakening is not available from Floor 91 ~ 100. 

■ Main Rewards

– You can obtain main rewards every 10 floors.

■ Ranking

– Players will be ranked from 1 ~ 100 according to who cleared the 100th floor first.

3. New Moonlight Hero – Champion Zerato

Champion Zerato an arrogant and impudent supremacist who only cares about strength! He is a Dark-element mage who can effectively target enemies who trigger debuffs. You can obtain Champion Zerato from the Moonlight and Mystic summons.

4. Kise Drop Rate Up!

Meet the Ice-element Thief who is the leader of the Nocturnes. She is much stronger against enemies who use barriers.

■ Drop Rate Up Information

1) Schedule: 6/26 (Wed) after the maintenance ~ 7/3 (Wed) 14:59 UTC

2) Details: During the event, the 5★ Hero Kise will have a higher drop rate.

※ Please Note

Players may only receive the increased summon rate during the event period and only when using Kise’s Drop Rate Up banner.
Please be aware that players can use their Covenant Summon Bookmarks on both Kise’s banner as well as in the Covenant Summon area.

5. Challenge! Emberstorm Pride

The Great Chief of Meldrec is on guard against invasion from outsiders. Earn permission to enter Meldrec by showing your ability!

6/27 (Wed) after the maintenance ~ 7/17 (Wed) 18:00 UTC

■ How to Enter 

After clearing stage 6-1. Northern Wind Corner, go to the Lobby and tap [Battle] > [Challenge].

Lobby > Battle > Challenge > Emberstorm pride

■ How to Play

The ‘Emberstorm Pride’ Challenge is available in Normal, Hard, and Hell difficulties. Higher difficulties will become available upon clearing the preceding difficulty. Players have a chance of receiving the 4★ Artifact Crimson Seed each time they beat the Challenge.

■ Rewards

EXP, Stigma, and Gold will be rewarded upon beating the Challenge, and Charms, Equipment, and the 4★ Artifact Crimson Seed also have a chance to drop.

– Crimson Seed is a limited-time Artifact that can only be obtained during the Challenge Event and will not return any Powder of Knowledge when sold.

6. Story Journal Update and Journal UI Improvements

A story journal that will enable players to view certain stories that they have played through already has been added. In addition, improvements have been made to the journal UI.

■ Journal Improvements

– Improvements have been made to the main UI of the journals.

– Players will now be able to see how much of the journal they have filled. Also, an icon for each category has been added.

– Players will now be able to see only the heroes that they want to see by using the filter option when they select “All Heroes”.

■ Story Journal

– A story journal has been added. Players will now be able to go through the stories that they have played once again.

– If you have collected all the stories for a specific chapter, you can receive a background pack.

– Background packs are available as a background in the Hero Detail window.

7. Hero Balancing

The stats of certain heroes have been adjusted.

Please note that the previously discussed balancing changes for Assassin Coli have not been added. We sincerely ask for your understanding regarding this.

※ The following skill descriptions are based on the maximum skill enhancement level.

■ Ravi (5★, Warrior, Fire)

– Adjustments have been made to the effects of the skill, Demon’s Blood.

Demon’s Blood (Before) Demon’s Blood (After)
Increases Attack proportional to Fighting Spirit. When attacked, Combat Readiness increases by 15% and 5 Fighting Spirit is gained. Increases Attack of caster when they attack or are attacked. Effect can only stack up to 5 times. When attacked, increases Combat Readiness by 15%, and 5 Fighting Spirit is acquired.

– The amount of Fighting Spirit obtained, for the skill, Slaughter, has been increased.

– Adjustments have been made to the effects of the skill End of Evil. Compared to the previous stat, damage dealt has been increased by 11%.

– Adjustments have been made to the effects of the skill Dark Contract.

– Adjustments have been made to the effects of the skill Sever.

Batters the enemy with a scythe, with a 100% chance to make them unhealable and cause bleeding for 2 turns. When the enemy’s Health is less than 50% after attack, Sever is activated. When the enemy’s Health is less than 50%, activates Sever as an extra with a 100% chance of inflicting bleed.

8. Other Improvements & Bug Fixes

■ Heroes

– Adjustments have been made so that the correct description for the Soul burn effect of Sage Baal & Sezan’s skill,Eye of Death, is displayed. No functional changes have been made.

– Typos have been fixed in Fallen Cecilia’s skill,Strong Instinct. No functional changes have been made.

– An issue where, after attacking an enemy using a non-attack skill, Sol Badguy’s passive skill, Volcanic Viper, is activated causing him to attack a team member, has been fixed.

– An issue that caused Arbiter Vildred’s illustration not to be displayed properly has been fixed.

– An issue that caused Angelic Montmorancy’s standing motion not to be displayed properly has been fixed.

■ Artifact 

– An issue that caused Winder Rider to provide an attack increase the turn an enemy was killed instead of providing the increase the following turn has been fixed.

Wind Rider Recall Information

1) Availability: 6/26 (Wed) after the maintenance ~ 7/10 (Wed) 14:59 KST

2) Recall Eligible Artifact: Wind Rider

3) Details:

– All enhancement details will be reset once this artifact is recalled.

– Will return Epic/Greater/Lesser artifact charm based on current EXP value when recalled.

– Gold spent on enhancing this artifact will be returned to the player if this artifact is recalled.

– Players who have limit broken this artifact will receive the appropriate number copies of it back if recalled.

■ Monster

– Adjustments have been made so that the skill description for Poneuro’s skill, Tail Lash, matches the effect. No functional changes have been made.

– Adjustments have been made so that the skill description for Khawazu’s skill, Burning Vitality, in Cidonia [2-6]Hall of Great Chiefs, matches the effect. No functional changes have been made.

– Adjustments have been made so that when Kawerik is defeated in Cidonia [2-10], Malicus’s Refuge, the monsters that appear at the same time he does are defeated too.

– An issue that caused damage to be displayed when Luluca, who appears in Cidonia [1-4] Raguel Moor, summons a monster, has been fixed.

■ Adventure

– An issue that caused urgent missions not to appear if you have completed Episode 1 but have not yet begun Episode 2 has been fixed.

– An issue that caused the ‘Try again’ window not to appear after clearing certain stages has been fixed.

– A button that will allow players to move directly to the next floor after clearing the preceding floor has been added.

– Improvements have been made so that the back button is located on the bottom right after you clear the last floor of Abyss.

– Improvements have been made so that when you clear the last floor of the Abyss ‘Conquered’ is displayed in the Abyss Section on the battle menu.

– Extinction Immune has been added for certain monsters that appear in the Abyss.

– Some typos and incorrect words in Episode 2 have been corrected.

– Adjustments have been made so that the ‘acquire soul’ effects are displayed at the right time when Dual Attack is triggered.

– Straze’s illustration in the hero relationship window has been updated to the latest version.

– Improvements have been made so that ‘server reset’ and ‘delete account’ are clearly differentiated.

– Improvements have been made so that clicking on the Energy bar at the top of the screen leads to a ‘Purchase Energy’ window.

– An issue that caused the track feature not to work for certain users when they enter the Adventurer’s path has been fixed.

– An issue that cause a blank output in Adventurer’s path when the notch setting is turned ion has been fixed.

– An issue that caused the changes not to be immediately reflected when exchanging MolaGora in the skill enhance window has been fixed.

– An issue that caused players to be taken to the lobby when they click on the back button from Adventure has been fixed.

– An issue that caused overlap on the skill enhancement for iPhone X,XS and XR has been fixed.

– Adjustments have been made for all languages to certain text that was overlapping or misspelled.
