Tier List Description

This guy cannot be one shot. He can take up to 3 hits of very fatal damage(more than 35% of his health) once skilled up before dying. With this mechanic, you can build him full out damage and use his skill 3 to deal bonus damage + heal himself.

The issue is, he needs to be targeted in order to take advantage of his skill 3. Otherwise, he is just average in terms of DPS. You also need to awaken him to 6 star, otherwise, his base attack is very poor and this won’t work. However, he really shines when he’s Specialty Changed into Chaos Inquisitor. For now, though, the builds on this page are meant to be more of a foundation for this guy post-Specialty Change, as they will carry over to him once SC’d.

Surprisingly, this guy is one of the few units you don’t want to have HP on, as he’ll take less damage due to his passive.

Counter
Allows him to strip enemy buffs when allies are attacked, and can strip up to 4 buffs once Specialty Changed. The most recommended artifact for Butcher Corps (and his SC form, Chaos Inquisitor).

[Acquired in Guild Shop] A Symbol of Unity will increase his Hit Chances, along with the amount of damage that he'll deal on the enemies.
Portrait of the Saviors
Extra Damage
[LIMITED ARTIFACT] Portrait of the Saviors is a great Artifact for him in PVP, as he does more damage than with Daydream Joker.
Holy Sacrifice
Revival
Not exactly a recommended artifact, but can be used. Simply an artifact that can revive him if killed, allowing him to take another large hit of damage (as the barrier soaks up some damage too).

SKILL ENHANCEMENTS

S2 to +3 would lower the damage he takes to 35% of his Max HP, allowing him to tank 3 hits before going down. A great bait for Luna/Cidd as a low health hero in PvP. Other than that, you can then max out his S1 to have a higher chance to dispel buffs.
