Tier List Description

With the new changes, I will be testing him out and his viability in PvP, particularly Guild Wars.

He has self defense buff and his S3 now deals more damage when below 50% health. This gives him a a bit more survivability and damage.

As another buff is done to him for his S3, it still doesn’t change much as he really needs better HP damage scaling to be considered viable.

Having tried him personally at 6 star geared with 15k health, he isn’t that great. I build him to tank fire characters in the arena as a bait.

He does have defense debuff and attack down as utility but his damage is lacking.
