Kitty Clarissa is a Dark Warrior with the Horoscope Virgo that you can summon from the Mystic Summon.
AoE debuff team cleanser + self debuff immunity
Dual attack with top attacker in the team when loveliness is in effect
Great against debuff heavy enemies
Low health
Countered easily by buff stripper (unless she has high effect resist)
Doesn't have much damage
Kitty Clarissa is a support and utility character that can dual attack with your best attacker. She allows you to bring a very powerful attacker with very high attack and combo it during loveliness buff time (3 turns of guaranteed dual attack).
She can also cleanse the entire team for debuffs that are only 2 turns long. The only downside is that she doesn’t have a heal skill, so you will need a soul weaver on the team for that purpose. She can apply unhealable and reduce enemy buff by 1 turn if the situation calls for it.
With this kit, she is valuable in Abyss with the cleanse + dual attack. She can work in the Arena and Guild Wars as long as she is fast and you have a very good attacker.
Kitty Clarissa has 3 skills. Skills can be passive or active.
Kitty Clarissa's Meow I'm Angry! can be soul burned for extra effects.
More information can be found on our Skill Multipliers page.
The most optimal enhancement is S3. After that, you can go for S2 for the 100% effect chance (when under loveliness buff, otherwise it is 80%). Any more enhancements past +7 after this is not optimal.

Here is the take of ayadreamy since her buff:
I used Kitty Clarissa intensively. She’s 6* awakened, molagorago’d and have very good gears. I have brought her to all end-game content, Hell Raid or even used her on 84F to simply bruteforce instead of following the mechanics. https://i.imgur.com/c4nWsHq.png
I wanna mention her problems pre-buff instead and tell my thoughts on how the buff would affect her.
She cannot frontline because loveliness buff is dispellable.
Even with the buffs, I don’t see her as an ideal frontliner because we usually have our supports built tanky so let those units tank instead of having useless bloated HP/DEF. Instead, build Kitty Clarissa as a sub-attacker although the problem is her sub-par base ATK and low modifiers, this is where Daydream Joker build comes into play, you build her SPD/CRIT/CDMG so not only she can cycle her skills fast but also helps do some damage.
2. S3 not having an extra action makes her not that great in PVP.
She’s still usable in PVP but not the best option considering the fact that sure, you can use her as a dispeller to dispel those pesky immunity sets but it’s only 80% chance at max skill effect enhance so there’s still some RNG into it. S3 as a debuff cleanse is quite pointless in PVP since you want her to use S3 first to maximize the effects of her S1 and S2.
3. S3 has really long cooldown, the 1-turn downtime of loveliness buff actually hurts her performance.
I’ve been into many situations when doing Hell Raid where her S3 is still at 1-turn cooldown and I really need to use it for the cleanse, now this situation is fixed as her S3 can be more frequently used with the buff.
I do wish they just remove her self-immunity buff and replace it with an extra action on S3. That’s the only thing that she lacks to be a completely solid unit.

The Holy Order of the Blue Cross requested that Reingar find a way to calm Clarissa down. Instead, the researchers focused on how cats can still be loved after wreaking havoc. Then they turned her into a cat to eliminate everyone's complaints about her violence.
