Tier List Description

So far, it looks like Verdant Adin is the better of the two changes. Verdant Adin is essentially a souped up version of her base self; it’s nothing too special, but she’s definitely got a place in PvE. Verdant Adin is at her best in the Ice Expedition, thanks to her buff, Weakness Shared, increasing the damage everyone deals against bosses.

Essentially, Verdant Adin is pretty good – if you wanted the regular Adin’s kit to have a little extra something to make it a little more usable, there you go. Her quests to Specialty Change her in the main story can be a bit annoying, but it can be pretty worth it in the end.

Build Notes

Adin can be built pretty much like every other generic DPS unit, with Speed and Crit Rate as her main set. You’ll want her stats to look something like:

  • 3,500+ ATK
  • 100% Crit Rate (85% if you only plan on using her against Ice units)
  • 270% Crit Damage (More is better)
  • 200+ Speed

A Symbol of Unity
More Hit Chance
[Acquired in Guild Shop] A Symbol of Unity is a pretty good generic artifact for DPS units. Verdant Adin can always use this one for extra damage.
Rhianna & Luciella
Additional Turn
Rhianna & Luciella is one of the best Thief artifacts out there, and Verdant Adin is no different. She can always use an additional turn here and there.
Alexa’s Basket
Attack + C.Rate Buff
Alexa's Basket is such a good choice for DPS Thief units. Although it relies a bit on luck and RNG working in your favor, it can be really useful for Verdant Adin.

You'll definitely want to skill up her s3 to at least +4 for the 1 turn cooldown and the 100% Defense Break chance. After that, go for her s2, to +3 for the -1 turn cooldown.
