[1/17/2024 Patch]: His S3 can now also restrict enemies.

Romann is built for PvP as his entire kit revolves around reducing enemy combat readiness while increasing his. He can also strip enemy buffs and poisoning them in the process. He can be used to counter buff heavy teams.

For PvE, he doesn’t have much to offer but can be used in Raids against Karkanis and occasionally Abyss if you need a dispeller.

Romann is a bit underrated, especially in the arena. He isn’t as useful as other strong ice units in PvE as buff stripping are usually reserved for big bosses and certain Abyss floors.
