Tier List Description

Cartuja… isn’t really the best of units, but he’s usable as a tank super early-game if you wanted to. His passive increases his Combat Readiness when he’s attacked, and he can heal himself for 50% of his Max HP on his s3. Apart from that, though, he doesn’t really offer a lot when using him. His S3 can end up dealing a lot of damage if you’re not careful against him, though.

If you can get him to 100+% effect resistance, it is hard for enemies to debuff him.

[Obtained in Hall of Trials] Cartuja will dispel debuffs off of himself with this artifact, meaning it can be harder to kill him off.

Faster, Stronger
Not the most recommended artifact for him, but Cartuja can use this one, as he'll get faster and stronger as his HP decreases.

AdDITIONAL INFO

Having tried him personally at 6 star geared with 15k health, he isn’t that great. I build him to tank fire characters in the arena as a bait.

He does have defense debuff and attack down as utility but his damage is lacking.
