Tier List Description

A gimmicky character that lives on countering. He can apply speed debuff on the first skill, counters all enemies when he is attacked. His third skill is an AoE attack that can stun enemies below 30% health.

He needs quite a bit of stats to make it work and can be very annoying in the arena when you meet a well built Purggis. He can now decrease combat readiness of the enemy team when he counters.
