Natural Counter [Passive] – Grants a stackable Attack increase buff after attacking.
Protect [Passive] – Grants the caster a stackable Defense increase buff every time they are attacked that will be removed when the caster attacks.
Shockwave [Active] – Attacks all enemies, decreasing Defense for 2 turns, triggering aftershocks that deal additional damage.
Earthen Rage [Active] – Counterattacks with an AoE attack when attacked with full cooldowns, randomly stunning one 1 enemy for 1 turn. Decrease caster’s skill cooldown by 1 turn when attacked.
The golem is a relatively slow unit that likes to counter attack. Let’s go over the basic mechanics of the stage.
The first stage consists of 1 bee and 2 turtles. The turtles are tanky and on the second turn, they deal AoE damage and apply attack down. The bee can apply poison.
The second stage consists of the boss golem, a healing tree and a buff stone.
Bringing Wonderous Potion Vial on a Soul Weaver will really help here to cleanse the defense debuffs.
These are some of the more popular DPS that is currently used in Golem.
Protection of Nature [Passive] – Increases damage suffered by Fire Elemental Heroes by 30%, while increasing damage dealt to non-Fire Elemental Heroes by 30%. When attacking, if the target is an Ice Elemental Hero, stun them for 1 turn.
Note: Having a mono fire team benefits against his passive.
Protect [Passive] – Increases Attack after attacking. The effect can be stacked.
Shockwave [Active] – Attacks all enemies, decreasing Defense for 2 turns. After attack, causes an aftershock and inflicts additional damage. Damage dealt increases with less enemies.
Statue’s Rage [Active] – Attacks all enemies, stuns one random enemy for 1 turn. Counterattacks with Statue’s Rage if cooldown of the skill is reset. Decreases the caster’s skill cooldown by 1 turn when attacked.
Some key things to note about Golem hunt 11 is that the healing tree cleanses all debuffs and gives him a 2 turn attack buff + heals the Golem! And the Golem hits very hard. Also, the Golem stuns Ice units 100% of the time unless resisted.
Using Kiris to cheese is not viable here, so you need to bring raw damage or anti-heal with anti-buff debuff to counter the healing tree. Also, a full mono fire team is better since you also take 30% less damage while doing 30% more damage.
